Frequently asked questions
What real difference will I notice when upgrading from a 60Hz screen to this 144Hz one?
The difference is very noticeable, especially in games and when moving windows or scrolling. A 144Hz screen refreshes the image 144 times per second, compared to 60 for a standard panel. This results in much smoother motion, less motion blur, and a greater sense of responsiveness, which is a competitive advantage in gaming.
Is this screen difficult to install? Do I need special tools?
The difficulty varies depending on the laptop model. Generally, you will need a precision screwdriver (Phillips #00 type) and a plastic tool to open the casing without damaging it. It is crucial to disconnect the battery before starting. If you do not have experience, we recommend going to a professional technical service to avoid damage to the equipment.
What warranty does the product have and how do returns work?
This screen has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. We offer a 14-day period for returns due to withdrawal. Product collection is free in Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer manages the return shipment.
If I order it today, when will it arrive in Madrid?
All our shipments are made from Spain. If you place your order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00) on a working day, it will be prepared the same day. For shipments to peninsular Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours, so you would receive it in 1 or 2 days.
