Very bad experience – I do not recommend this store

I bought a specific screen (B156HAN10.0) and they sent me a completely different model (N156HRA-EA1). It was clearly an error on the store's part, but they still demanded I pay for the return shipping out of my own pocket, which is completely unacceptable.

This type of behavior is deceptive and unprofessional. I find it unacceptable that customers have to bear the costs of the store's mistakes. Furthermore, I suspect that this practice might be happening with other buyers as well.

I have decided to report this case to the competent authorities so that they investigate this store for possible fraud or unfair commercial practices. I do not recommend anyone to buy here.
