Frequently asked questions

Is this screen compatible if my original part number is different but the specifications match?

Yes, it is very likely to be compatible. The most important thing is that the size (15.6"), resolution (1920x1080), connector type (40 pins) and its position match. This LM156LFGL02 panel is a common replacement for many others with the same technical characteristics. Always verify these four points before purchasing.

My current screen is 60Hz, can I install this 144Hz one as an upgrade?

Technically it is possible in some laptops, but it is not guaranteed. Compatibility depends on the video cable (flex) and your laptop's graphics card, which must be capable of supporting the 144Hz signal. We recommend researching the specific compatibility of your laptop model before purchasing for an upgrade.

What tools do I need to change the screen?

Generally, you will need a set of precision screwdrivers (Phillips #00 or #0 type), a plastic pick or a thin opening tool to separate the bezels without damaging them, and possibly a suction cup to handle the panel. It is a delicate process, so we recommend following a specific disassembly guide for your laptop model.

What warranty does the product have and how do returns work?

The screen has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to return it. Collection is free in Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer assumes the costs of return shipping. The product must be returned in its original condition.

How long does shipping to Barcelona take?

All our shipments are made from Spain. For orders to the peninsula, such as Barcelona, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours once the package has been prepared. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Fridays, 3:00 PM) are usually prepared on the same day.
