Technically, the 40-pin connector is the same. However, for 144Hz to work, your laptop's motherboard and video cable must be compatible with that refresh rate. If they are not, the screen might operate at 60Hz or not display an image. We recommend researching your laptop model's compatibility with 144Hz panels before purchasing.
What tools do I need to install this screen?
Generally, you will need basic precision tools such as a small Phillips screwdriver, a plastic pick (spudger) to open the bezel without damaging it, and optionally, a suction cup. What does the warranty cover and how do I return it if it's not compatible?
We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers (1 year for professionals) covering manufacturing defects. You have 14 days to return the product if it is not compatible or if you simply change your mind. Collection is free in Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
How long does shipping take to my workshop in Madrid?
All our shipments are made from Spain. For the peninsula (including Madrid) and Portugal, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours for orders placed before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00). For other destinations such as France, the delivery time is 48-72 working hours.
