Frequently asked questions
How do I know if this B156HAN13.0 HW0A screen is compatible with my laptop?
The safest way is to disassemble your original screen and check the part number printed on the back. If it matches B156HAN13.0 HW0A, it is compatible. Additionally, you must confirm that your laptop uses a 15.6-inch screen with a 40-pin eDP connector located in the same position (bottom right).
What is the difference between this 144Hz screen and a standard 60Hz one?
The refresh rate indicates how many times per second the image is updated. A 144Hz screen updates the image 144 times, compared to 60 for a standard panel. This results in much smoother, sharper motion without blurring (ghosting), which is especially noticeable in video games and action videos.
Is this screen difficult to install? Do I need special tools?
The difficulty varies depending on the laptop model. Generally, you will need a precision screwdriver and a plastic pick to open the casing without damaging it. We recommend following a specific disassembly guide for your laptop model. If you do not feel confident, it is best to go to a professional technical service.
What is the product warranty and how can I return it?
We offer a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. You have 14 days to return the product if you are not satisfied. Returns collection is free in Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer assumes the return shipping costs.
How long does it take for the order to arrive if I am in Madrid?
Shipments to peninsular Spain and Portugal take between 24 and 48 working hours. If you place the order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00) on a working day, it is prepared and shipped the same day. For other destinations such as France or Germany, the delivery time is 48 to 96 working hours.
