Frequently asked questions

How do I know if this N156HRA-EA1 screen is compatible with my laptop?

The best way to ensure compatibility is to disassemble your original screen and verify that the part number is N156HRA-EA1 or an equivalent. Additionally, you must confirm that the size (15.6"), resolution (FHD), connector type (40 pins), and its position (bottom right) exactly match the specifications of this product.

My original screen is 60Hz. Can I install this 144Hz one without problems?

Yes, in many laptops it is possible to upgrade a 60Hz screen to a 144Hz one if the video cable (flex) and the computer's graphics card support it. It is crucial that the connector is 40 pins. Although physical installation is possible, activating 144Hz may require adjustments in the operating system settings or graphics drivers.

What is the difference between the matte finish of this screen and a glossy one?

The matte finish of this N156HRA-EA1 screen has an anti-glare layer that disperses ambient light, reducing reflections and eye strain, making it ideal for working in well-lit environments. Glossy screens usually offer slightly more vivid colors, but reflect light like a mirror, making vision difficult.

What is the product warranty and how do returns work?

This product has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. We offer a 14-day period for returns due to withdrawal. Product collection is free in Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer must manage the return shipment. All components are verified before shipping.

How long does shipping to Barcelona take?

We ship from our warehouse in Spain. For any destination in peninsular Spain, including Barcelona, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours once the order is processed. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Fridays, 3:00 PM) are prepared on the same day.
