Frequently asked questions
Is this screen compatible if my laptop has a 60Hz panel?
Technically it is possible, but compatibility depends on the video cable (flex) and your laptop's graphics card. To ensure 144Hz functionality, the equipment must be capable of supporting that refresh rate. We recommend checking your laptop model's specifications or consulting a technician before upgrading.
My current screen has a glossy finish, can I install this one which is matte?
Yes, as long as the size, resolution, and 40-pin connector are identical, you can replace a glossy screen with this matte finish one. The matte finish is preferable for working in brightly lit environments, as it significantly reduces reflections and eye strain.
What does 'without brackets' mean and how does it affect installation?
It means that the screen does not include the side metal anchors or tabs for screwing it to the laptop frame. You will need to carefully remove the brackets from your original screen and transfer them to this new one. This design is common in many modern 'slim' or 'bezel-less' laptops.
What warranty does this product have and how does the return process work?
This screen has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. Additionally, you have 14 days to return the product if it is not compatible or if you change your mind. Return collection is free in Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
How long does shipping to Barcelona take?
All our shipments are made from our warehouse in Spain. For any destination in the peninsula (including Barcelona), the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours if you place your order before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00). For the Balearic Islands, the period may be 48 to 72 hours.
