The screen has a 3-year warranty for private customers and 1 year for professionals. If it is not compatible or you simply change your mind, you have 14 days to return it. We offer free collection for returns from Spain and Portugal; for other countries, the customer manages the return shipment.
How long does shipping to Madrid take?
All our shipments are made from our warehouse in Spain. For the peninsula (including Madrid) and Portugal, the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours for orders placed before 16:00 (Fridays, 15:00). You will receive a tracking number to check the status of the shipment at all times.
